We are a privately owned company founded in 2005, incorporated in Indiana with offices in Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Counsel (NMSDC) and by the State of Indiana and City of Indianapolis, we are proud to be recognized as a Minority Business Enterprise and a Woman Business Enterprise.

Determined to fill a void in the staffing industry, we were founded with the strong belief that there was a need in the market for a local company who could be the best provider of IT staffing and the best employer managing a workforce – a company that lives, breathes, and completely understands the local market. When we started in 2005 there were just a handful of faithful clients who believed in us to deliver what we promised. As we made good on those promises and our delivery and service exceeded their expectations, we were able to attract larger clients until we got to the place we are today—working with some of the leading and largest companies in the United States.
