In March 2010 we were introduced into this customer’s IT Preferred Vendor Program, demonstrating at a high level their capabilities in delivering top IT staff for project augmentation. For the Request For Proposal (RFP) process, our client selected five of the legacy vendors and four new vendors to join the program – us being one of the new vendors! We grew to become a key vendor to our client and started to see immediate success as we learned more about the processes and operations and adjusted our internal processes to better accommodate to our customer’s needs. At the end of 2010 we had been ranked in the Top 3 in regards to all vendor metrics.
In 2011 we continued to improve our delivery process throughout the year and by the end of June we were the number one performing vendor in the program. Our customer has continually provided positive feedback and has been extremely pleased with our performance.
